We were ordered to develop corporate style, naming and positioning strategy for new residential complex.
Having examined the location and price segmentation of a new residential complex, we decided it would be named "FAMІLNY", which means "The One, Which Belongs To a Family" and brings associations with an ancestral home. A corporate style we choose corresponds to rounded forms of complex. Developing the market positioning strategy we hinted on family values, the succession of generations and brought tight associating with the hearth. Besides, rounded lines were used during the development of residential complex project itself.
